A simple rule

A simple and elementary rule: we never communicate, nor communicated, nor will communicate personal information you provided us without your prior agreement.

Information concerned

Information considered as personal are: your name, first name, addresses, age or date of birth, phone numbers, dates and content of your orders, date and time you browsed our website, pages you visited, ...

State departments

However, some State departments should ask us for some information without letting us oppose. Some of these departments are (non exhaustive list):

• Customs department in order to verify delivery countries and that associated taxes are paid as supposed.
• Tax collecting department in order to verify that the VAT is collected and paid as supposed.
• French justice.

Delivery address

While dealing with your orders, we'll have to pass on your name, first name, and address to the conveyor to let him deliver you the parcel. However, content of the parcel will stay confidential.

Goods nature

Conveyors will have to know the nature of merchandise they deliver. Passed on information will be:

• foodstuffs: because they mustn't be brought with any other kind of merchandise.
• liquids : fragile merchandises that mustn't freeze.

Conveyors

Some conveyors offer you to be informed, either by e-mail or by SMS, of the delivery date. Moreover, delivery man should like to phone you in case of difficulty.

Your agreement

We'll pass these information on only if you previously gave us your agreement. You can authorize or forbid the passing on of these information to conveyors in "My account" section.

Our vigilance

We'll do our best to ensure that these information will remain in conveyor's possession.
