    "Balanced" foam

    Beer with a balanced foam, not too much, not too few! These beers are likely to be served in a round glass slightly flared to obtain a good proportion between foam and beer.
    Depending on the habits, the beer can be served at one go or in two times. In this case, serve a first part of the beer and begin to enjoy. Then serve the rest of the beer to obtain a beautiful collar again.
    This balanced foam allows very thirsty people to drink from the bottle :-)

  • "Abundant" foam

    "Abundant" foam

    Beer with an abundant foam. These beers will be served in a balloon glass slightly flared for a good proportion between foam and beer, and not too large with high borders in order to contain all the foam.
    Tip: serve a first part of the beer, slowly with the glass slightly bended, keep a part of the beer in the bottle. Begin to enjoy it, then serve the rest of the beer to obtain again a beautiful foam collar.

    "Exuberant" foam

    Beer which foam is so abundant that it boils over. These beers are likely to be served in flared glasses in order to avoid overflowing, and wide or very high to contain all the foam.
    Tip: serve a first part of the beer, slowly with the glass slightly bended, keep a part of the beer in the bottle. Begin to enjoy it, then serve the rest of the beer.
    This exuberant foam doesn't allow thirsty people to drink from the bottle :-)
